With purpose to discuss new opportunities of cooperation in the field of nuclear power energy delegation from China visited JSC “Ivano-Frankivsk valve plant”. Working group of experts from China Nuclear Energy Industry Corporation (CNEIC) and Nuclear Power Institute of China (NPIC) had opportunity to get to know about production, technical capacity of the plant and key aspects of its work. Guests visited production areas of the enterprise and finished goods warehouse.
During common meeting that was organized with participation of plant’s management and representatives of the delegation there were outlined directions of possible cooperation, that is common participation of both parties in power energy projects. Delegation from China was told about many-year history of plant’s work, experience of delivering its products to different countries of the world, in particular to industrial, petrochemical and metallurgical objects. The fact that the plant has great experience of supplying its products to NPPs of China, Ukraine, Russia, Lithuania, Germany, Iran, India, Bulgaria, Cuba and Hungary has served as strong argument that JSC “Ivano-Frankivsk valve plant” can be selected as reliable partner for cooperation in the field of nuclear power energy. Successful implementation of many projects with positive references is convincing proof that products are of high quality. Therefore at the plant there is system of quality control that starts of incoming control of raw materials and is present at all production phases up to finished good testing at laboratories of the plant. Guests have learnt catalogues of the products which allowed them to learn the production range and main technical parameters of JSC “IFAZ” products. Besides, leading specialists of the plant told about opportunity of performing individual non-standard orders, considering Customer’s requirements starting from technical solution to production and delivering finished goods. During the visit the working group visited construction department, got to know about principles of its work and marked high professionalism of employees.
Representatives of the delegation summed up that such technical, resource base and high-qualified stuff are very important factors for taking decision about cooperation. As result of the visit there was defined that next steps towards international cooperation development between both parties would be more detailed discussion of common projects’ implementation.
